The project aims to apply deep learning techniques to process meteorological observation data and improve the ability to predict climate and weather phenomena by training and optimizing models.
- Collected the raw data of multiple variables, used Python to read the file, selected the region, turned this into a matrix and combined the matrices of all variables
- Used STL and Additive decomposition methods to extract effective data and standardize the data
- Input the processed data into long short-term memory network (LSTM) and time generative adversarial network (TimeGan) models, and iteratively optimized through multiple training, so that the models have higher accuracy and reliability

- Tested the data of high potassium glass and Pb barium glass before and after weathering by Pearson Chi-square test, and analyzed their differences
- Through descriptive statistical analysis, frequency histogram statistical analysis and normal distribution test, counted and classified the effective chemical composition values of glasses with different chemical compositions according to the characteristics of different data and the changes of indicators
