I created a scatterplot that visualizes how time of day impacts departure delay in the top three airports, which I determined by which had the highest number of flights. I would like to highlight how the average departure delay in minutes is highest early in the day and later in the afternoon. Also, out of the top three airports, LGA, or LaGuardia Airport had the highest average delays.
