Analysis of US Violent Crime Rates

Introduction

In this analysis use the USArrests dataset to examine the rates of violent crime in US states, with a particular emphasis on murder rates as a critical indicator. First, used static and dynamic choropleth maps to visualise the murder rates by state. An extensive picture of murder rates can be obtained from the static map made with ggplot2. After that interactive map made with leaflet delivers a more interesting and educational experience.
