Problem 1: Life expectancies of the world
Consider the boxplot below which displays the distribution of life expectancy at the country level in the year 2005. Then answer the questions below.
- Use the boxplot to find the minimum, maximum, median, as well as the inter-quartile range. Label each clearly.
Problem 2: Period 10 Heart Rates
Below is a tbale showing the 5 number summary for the distribution of the 10th period statistics class in beats per minute:
