<h2>R Markdown</h2> <p>This is an R Markdown document.
Markdown is a simple formatting syntax for authoring HTML, PDF, and MS
Word documents. For more details on using R Markdown see <a
href="http://rmarkdown.rstudio.com"
class="uri">http://rmarkdown.rstudio.com</a>.</p>
<p>When you click the <strong>Knit</strong> button a
document will be generated that includes both content as well as the
output of any embedded R code chunks within the document. You can embed
an R code chunk like this:</p> <p>```years <- c(1980,
1980,1985,1990) scores <- c(34,44,56,83) df <-
data.frame(years, scores) df[,1] df\)years subject_name <-
c(“John Doe”, “Jane Doe”, “Steve Graves”)
temperature <-c(98.1,98.6,101.4) flu_status <- c(FALSE, FALSE, TRUE) gender <-c(“M”,“F”,“M”) blood <-factor(c(“O”,“AB”,“A”)) levels = c(“A”,“B”,“AB”,“O”) symptoms <-factor(c(“SEVERE”,“MILD”,“MODERATE”), levels = c(“MILD”,“MODERATE”,“SEVERE”), ordered = TRUE) df <- data.frame(subject_name,temperature,flu_status,gender,blood,symptoms, stringsAsFactors = FALSE) df\(temp_c<-(df\)temperature-32)*(5/9)
tempthresh <- df\(temperature>100 severe_symptoms <- df\)symptoms >= “MODERATE” sick_patients <- df[tempthresh & severe_symptoms, ] print(sick_patients) library(tidyverse) library(ggplot2) library(dbplyr) mpg ggplot(data=mpg)+ geom_point(mapping= aes(x=displ,y=cyl,shape= class))
## Including Plots
You can also embed plots, for example:
```{r pressure, echo=FALSE}
plot(pressure)
Note that the echo = FALSE parameter was added to the code
chunk to prevent printing of the R code that generated the plot.
