List of unclear columns:
Before reading the document I was confused between WCWIN and WSWIN. I thought it was World Cup Winner and World Series Winner.
Eventually there should be only one winner in a season. When I found count of value - “Y” in WCWIN and WSWIN. WCWIN has more than one “Y” values.
Shouldn’t there be only one winner in a season?

Earned Runs is a statistic measure to perform pitching.
Eventually, after understanding the meaning of ER. I interpreted that ERA (Earned Runs Average) is an ER divided by Total no.of games (ER/G).
When I computed ERA values using the above formula. The calculated ERA and the ERA given in the data are entirely different. Lets look at them.

Interpretation: After observing the above table, one can infer that ERA is not equivalent to ER/G, as evidenced by the non-zero error values. Even after reading the documentation I couldn’t resolve this issue.
Being a cricket fanatic the term saves refers to me as - the number of runs saved by a player.
Eventuvally, I thought it is same in Baseball, but the term saves is viewed differently in this sport.
If you see the descriptive of the Saves statistic. One can definitely tell that saves is not the runs saved.

Interpretation: The minimum value is 6, and the maximum value is 66. In a season, each team typically plays around 162 games. Even if a team were to save one run every two games, the average value would be 81. However, the observed values are significantly lower. The documentation provides no information about the Saves statistic.
In our earlier discussion, we determined that even after consulting the documentation, the columns ERA and SV remain unclear.
To gain further insight, I conducted independent research by exploring websites such as Baseball Reference, FanGraphs, and other baseball-related platforms. These platforms helped me in understanding these columns in a better way.
ERA - Earned Run Average is not ER/G. It is actually no.of runs a pitcher is responsible per game. In baseball 9 innings is concluded as a game. See the below code to compare the calculated ERA and documented ERA.
