Insights

• Asia had a very high GDP per Capita in the years 1972-1992 but has leveled out since then.
• Europe in the more recent years has shown a higher GDP per Capita compared to other continents.
• The Americas has a larger increase in GDP per Capita in areas of high population.

Inisights

• Turkey has had a lower GDP per Capita over the years compared to other countries.
• All countries have experienced an increase in GDP per Capita throughout the years.
• Italy may be leveling out in their increase in GDP per Capita.

Lessons Learned

• Order of elements in ggplot is important to successful output.
• Consideration should be used to determine if the resulting output is meaningful and easy to understand.
• Grouping appears to be something we will use often with tidy data.
