Take away: Most employees are satisfied (satisfaction level) is above 0.5 to 0.9.

Histogram for last evaluation

Take away: Employees are last evaluated more than 0.5.

Create a bar plot for the average satisfaction of employees by the variable that indicates whether they left of stayed at the company.

Take away: Employees that stayed are 50% Satisfied, than the employees who left.
