#Summary:This is a unimodal histogram and very few employees have last evaluation of satisfaction level below .50.

##Task 2. Create a bar plot for the average satisfaction of employees by the variable that indicates whether they left or stayed at the company.

#Summary:The average satisfaction level of employees who stayed is higher than the employees who left.
