Revisied to Scatterplot: Purchases of Frozen and Delicassen Food by Channel

Interpretation

The x axis is the annual purchases of frozen food and the y axis is the annual purchases of the deli section. The channel Hotel does include restaurants and cafes. They called this channel “horeca” and channel 2 are the retailers. A good majority of the people are spending more on frozen food and less in the deli category in both channels. It does appear that the hotel, restaurant and cafe channel are the ones that are spending the most on frozen. However, it is also important to note that horeca is a little over double the size of the retail channel. This does make sense as it is easier for these kinds of businesses to stock up and keep frozen food on hand verses deli meat and cheese. ```
