What is the probability of more than one inch of snow on Christmas Day in Illinois?

American children might cheer and adults might jeer at a white Christmas in their county, but everyone wants to know if they’re likely to have snow on Christmas.

The ShinyApp I made allows a user to choose the Illinois County and the output shows the probability of having more than one inch of snow on Christmas Day.
