Let me introduce myself!

Greetings! I hail from the captivating landscapes of Vietnam, and I am currently a fourth-year Chemical Engineering student at the University of Cincinnati. Fueled by a passion for blending creativity with technical precision, my dream is to become a Fragrance Lab Technician. Beyond academics, I find joy in exploring the world through travel, engaging in esports games, hiking, and crafting. Each of these pursuits adds a unique hue to the canvas of my life..

Academic Background

Pursuing B.S in Chemical Engineering (University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH)
A.S in Chemistry (Shoreline Community College, Seattle, WA)

Professional Background

My professional journey comprises a innovative CO-OP at The Shepherd Color Company, excelling in implementing measures that resulted in cost savings exceeding $1,000,000 and enhancing the efficiency of the spray dryer. Simultaneously, I actively contributed to the university community through four distinct on-campus rolls at UC:
1. Student Ambassador
2. Chemistry Lab Teaching Assistant
3. Laboratory Stockroom Assistant
4. Peer tutor

Experience with R

I am relatively new to programming in R but am enthusiastic about expanding my skills in data analysis and statistical modeling. While I haven’t yet had extensive experience with R, I possess a strong foundation in critical thinking and laboratory skills. It is particularly exciting for me to explore how R can complement my main major in chemical engineering. I believe that combining these skills will enable me to conduct robust data analyses, enhance decision-making processes, and derive valuable insights in the realm of chemical engineering. I am eager to learn and apply R for tasks such as data mining, regression analysis, and other statistical techniques. I am open to training opportunities, courses, and collaborative learning experiences to build my proficiency in R. My goal is to leverage this powerful tool for effective data analysis and contribute to meaningful insights that bridge my expertise in chemical engineering with the capabilities of R.

Experience with analytic software

As a beginner in data analytics, I am eager to learn R programming to complement my experience with analytic software. Currently majoring in Chemical Engineering, I see the potential of integrating R for data analysis, mining, and statistical modeling. Despite being a beginner, I am committed to the learning process, seeking opportunities to build proficiency in R, and excited about its application in our real life. This journey aligns with my goal to enhance analytical skills and contribute meaningfully to future projects
