This interactive map was produced to display the spatial distribution of conflict events throughout Israel and Palestinian territory in Gaza and the West Bank. This data is from the Armed Conflict Location Event Database (ACLED) and was downloaded on November 29, 2023.
There are a total of 5,669 events from the onset of conflict on October 7 until November 24. Users can access event details by clicking on the individual point. Each observation (point) contains several pieces of information to include the date of the event, event type, actors involved, fatalities, and a brief note describing the event. A more detailed description of the ACLED codebook and definitions can be found here.
