This Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect when you access or use our products, services, and technology platforms (including, without limitation, our website(s), mobile applications, and other Soar-controlled properties that link to this Privacy Policy) (collectively, the “Services”). Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of third-party sites, services, or applications you may access through our Services. Q: Will my data be sold to third parties? A: No.
Q: Will my data be used by OpenAI or other LLMs to train models? A: No.
Q: Will my data be shared with others? A: No. Data will be used exclusively for providing the scribe service, analytics, and feedback for the user.
Q: How do I delete my data? A: If you delete your data on the web application, a backup will be stored for you for 90 days. You can request immediate deletion by emailing support@soar.com.
Q: Where is my data stored? A: Our processing infrastructure is hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) whose privacy information can be found at https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/data-privacy-faq/.
Q: What is the security level of the servers? A: Soar uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) who complies with a wide range of industry-specific standards and certifications, such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA. AWS infrastructure is designed to be one of the most secure computing environments in the world.
Q: Who has access to my data? A: Your data is strictly protected By default, Zoom has access to your meetings as the origin of the information. Soar uses three external services to store/process the information: (1) Amazon S3 and Amazon RDS, via Amazon Web Services, store the metadata and media; (2) AssemblyAI transcribes and timestamps the meeting recordings. (3) Typesense indexes the transcription of the meeting to implement intelligent and advanced queries for the user to find information.
We collect information you provide directly to us when using the Services. For example, we collect information when you download our mobile application(s), register for our Services, sign up for an account, complete a quiz or questionnaire or other form, participate in any interactive features of the Services including any video or audio call features we provide, apply for a job, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, mailing and billing address and payment information, and any other information you choose to provide.
Soar Scribe’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect information about you, including the following:
Log Information: We log information about your use of the Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, and the page you visited before navigating to the Services. Publicly available tools can sometimes provide the approximate location for IP addresses. Device Information: We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information. Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We use various technologies to collect information, and this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are small data files stored in device memory that help us to improve the Services and your experience, see which areas and features of the Services are popular, and count visits. We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as “tracking pixels”). We may allow others to provide analytics services in connection with the Services. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information. We and others may use this information to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, personalize the user experience, and better understand your activity.
