This directory contains all data related to volume traits, including milk volume, fat yield, and protein yield. It includes various scenarios for cross-validation, such as:
CV: Standard cross-validation.CVBOLTGWAS: Cross-validation using BOLTGWAS SNP
combined with functional SNPs.CVBOLTGWAScgs: Cross-validation using BOLTGWAS derived
from current genomic selection.Inside each functional variant folder, you will find three subdirectories:
Milkvolume: Contains data and results pertaining to
milk volume.Fatyield: Holds data and analysis results for fat
yield.Proteinyield: Dedicated to protein yield data and
findings.Each trait-specific folder includes five scenarios labeled
sce1, sce2, sce3,
sce4, and sce5, used for the cross-validation
population studies.

This directory focuses on traits measured in percentages,
specifically fat and protein percent. Inside, you will find different
functional variants like BOLTGWAS, aseQTL,
etc.
Within each functional variant directory, there are two subdirectories:
Fatpercent: Contains data for studies and analysis on
fat percentage.Proteinpercent: Houses data for protein percentage
analysis.Similar to the volume traits directories, each
Fatpercent or Proteinpercent directory
contains five scenarios labeled sce1, sce2,
sce3, sce4, and sce5 for
cross-validation population studies.
To conserve directory space due to the large number of folders, all genotype files are consolidated in a single folder.
