This milestone involves:
- Replication Package (DO files)
- Figure(s)
- Table(s)
Keep an eye on how other papers present their results. I typically have one or two papers that I model my own presentation of results.
Replication Package (DO Files)
Continue to maintain well organized and document DO files for your analysis. I should be able to access your DO files and replicate your results.
At this stage, you’ll want all of your DO files used for cleaning and merging that are well documented and organized. This should all be accessible in Google Drive. (Note: if Google Drive is inaccesible, you should use One Drive or Drop Box).

Table(s) and/or Figure(s)
You should have at least one figure and one table. What should they look like? Here are some tips for putting together the figures/table:
- Only present the main coefficients. Do not present all the coefficients for the controls. You can list them in the footnote.
- Have an extensive footnote at the bottom of the table/figure. It
should be that the reader can simply look at the table/figure + footnote
and figure out everything without having to go back to the
manuscript.
- Find a table/figure from an econ paper, and use it as a
template.
- One table/figure per page
Discuss with me what the table/figure will look like before generating it. Let me know if you need help with code for figures and/or tables.
How to submit
Submit the table(s) and figure(s) along with a brief summary of the results (in WORD). I will need to be able to access your replication file to review your code and organization.
