Getting actors involved in the debate

According to DNA, we have 819 organizations involved in the debate. Therefore, now we calculate the participation of each actor per year.

As we can see, only few actors participate in most years. This suggest that participation of highly dictated by particular circumstances. The most active users are the most engaged supporters or opponents of the project: CNEA, PJ, Los Verdes, Greenpeace, other federal instances, etc.

Pending to complete this analysis by sector, that could bring some light about engagement.

Getting concepts mentioned in the discussion

Now we proceed to do a similar exercise with concepts. In order to identify which concepts are mentioned recurrently each year.

Technological leadership, Made in Argentina, Carem Progresses are mentioned in every single year. We should notice that this count include both mentions agreeing and disagreeing with the concept. I omitted Located in Formosa because it was confusing and useless during most of the period.
