| We identified diversity dashboards through a process of Google searches using the school’s name with some or all of the following keywords: diversity dashboard, fact book, enrollment statistics. Occasionally, an institution has multiple public-facing data dashboards with compositional diversity data. In those instances, we chose the more comprehensive dashboard so that the analytic sample includes one dashboard per institution. In cases where an institution is part of a statewide system of universities that has a system-wide diversity dashboard, we used the institution’s own diversity dashboard if it had a comprehensive one and the system-wide dashboard if it did not.
