Conclusion:
I used the mice_weights data set and created a scatter plot comparing sex, body fat percentage, and body weight across the two diets consumed. I used ggplot to call the data set and set the x axis to the body fat percentage and the y axis to Body weight. I also set the size of each point to th bone density. The last thing I did in ggplot is set the fill color to the gender of the mice. This allows me to compare the relationship between 4 variables.
I edited the x and y axis labels by using xlab and ylab. I used the facet_wrap function to seperate the plots for the two diets. I then adjusted the column to 1 so that one plot stacked over the other. This makes the x axis comparison easier to read. I also adjusted the x and y limits which made the overall correalation easier to see as the plot points were more condensed.
