Hi! I’m Yong Liu, a motivated and curious data analyst who is seeking
an opportunity to work as an intern or a part-time to contribute to data
driven decisions or process improvement. I’m currently pursuing my
Master’s degree in data analytics at the University of Indianapolis.

- I worked at a global testing service provider in Shanghai for 14
years. In my last role as a senior operational excellence manager, I led
and drove continuous improvement projects and activities across 6
locations in Greater China, focusing on improving our operational KPIs
and service processes.
- I’ve developed highly effective project management skills and
accumulated tons of experiences in process improvement by applying
various tools and approaches, such as DMAIC process, Value stream
mapping, Kaizen, 5S transformation, Cause and Effect analysis.
- I’ve been fascinated by the power of data to reveal insights and
drive informed decision-making when leading these CI projects. Then I
decided to dive deeper into the data analytics field and started
pursuing my master’s degree.
