A young Polish woman who embarked on a journey to the United States in 2016 to pursue her swimming career now juggles two significant roles: she is an assistant swim coach at the University of Indianapolis and also serves as an assistant project manager at “DCL Pathology,” a clinical laboratory dedicated to advancing clinical trials.
While pursuing my MBA, I seized a unique opportunity to serve as an assistant coach for the swim and dive team at King University, dedicating a year to this role before graduating. Subsequently, I secured a position as an assistant project manager at DCL Pathology in Carmel, where I’ve been working for the past two years.
After a year of experience in the lab, I took on an additional role as an assistant coach at the University of Indianapolis, and I’m now entering my second year there.
Although swimming has played a significant role in my life, I firmly believe that the healthcare sector is where I find true fulfillment and intend to continue contributing my skills and passion in this field.
I am currently at a beginner level in R programming, having been introduced to this language just a few months ago. During a summer class, I gained experience in data cleaning, manipulation, chart creation, and even delved into some aspects of machine learning. While I did not encounter significant difficulties in the course, I am enthusiastic about furthering my knowledge and honing the skills I acquired during the summer. I am eager to engage in more learning and practical application to enhance my proficiency in R.
