Introduction to Me

Hi! My name is Matthew Beckman and I am a fourth year business analytics major at the University of Cincinnati. I am originally from Lebanon, Ohio but am currently living just off campus while I attend UC.

Academic Background

I graduated from Bishop Fenwick High School in 2019 an initially enrolled as a physics major here at UC. However, I realized that was not for me and eventually switched to BANA. I hope to graduate this spring with a bachelor’s degree.

Work Background

Since I switched majors I have yet to complete an internship specifically for BANA, but I had a co-op last summer with Snyder Electronics. In addition, I have a part-time job throughout the year with a door and hardware company where I take care of deliveries and installation.

Experience With R

The only experience I have had with RStudio is this past summer for a class that taught the basics and some forecasting.
