Changes in lab values across days 0, 7, and 28 were visualized by line plots and compared by the repeated measures ANOVA test. All statistical analyses were performed using R (version 4.0.2, R Foundation for Statistical Computing, Vienna, Austria). A \(p\)-value <0.05 was considered statistically significant.
Line plots showing animal-level (IDs = 3851, 3852, 3853, and 3854) changes in lab values across days 0, 7, and 28 are plotted below. The p-values for testing those changes are tabulated in Table 1. In summary, eGFR, HCT, Bicarbonate, Sodium, and weight change significantly over time (HGB and BUN borderline significantly).
p-value | |
---|---|
eGFR | <0.001 |
HGB | 0.082 |
HCT | 0.042 |
BUN | 0.112 |
Creatinine | 0.625 |
Bicarbonate | 0.024 |
Chloride | 0.453 |
Potassium | 0.482 |
Sodium | 0.014 |
Weight | 0.001 |
