Data to June
2023. For data source see notes following.
A five-year chart of nation-wide consumer filings.
Consumer proposal filings in June 2023 were 78.4% of all consumer filings.
To measure growth we compare total filings in the 12 months ending June 2023 to those in the 12 months ended June 2022.
We break down national figures by province.
We consider census metropolitan areas and regions and compare current volumes with the 10-year historical mean. Showing the current month as a percentage of the mean reveals the degree to which current filings exceed the mean.
