If Sao Paolo GP Qualifying session is any guidance, it is starting to look quite wet in South Brazil!
Africa flat at 0.7m dwt/day.

Brazil Cape+ congestion steady, PDM up to 6.8m dwt with 15 VLOC’s at anchorage.
