It appears that the PDD ex HPT for sign on between 2000 to 0100 is higher as compared to TNGL

Sign-On at TNGL between 0700 hrs and 1500 hrs seems to be sparse on almost all days of the week. Sign-On at HPT seem to be uniformly distributed over the day on all days of the week.

In general PDD ex HPT seems to be lower than PDD ex TNGL. The mean PDD ex HPT is 82.89 minutes, whereas the corresponding figure ex TNGL is 107.07 minutes. This difference in mean is statistically significant.
