To measure growth and include recent trends we eliminate variances occurring both month-to-month and seasonally by comparing total filings in the 12 months ending March 2023 with the 12 months ending March 2022.

We average over 10 years the number of monthly files in FSAs and we filter out those having less than 72 files annually. We compare the number of files in the 12-month period ended March 2023 to those in the 12-month period ended March 2022 to calculate the recent trend in filings. We show the top ten.
