Rules of the workshop

  • Goal is to publish one level up.
  • the Chatham House Rule applies (https://www.chathamhouse.org)
  • No recording in any form allowed
  • If you resign from the workshop as the co-author the copy right and publication rights stays with the first author.
  • The first author is responsible for invitation to the discussion with other authors, acceptance to project confirmation and project management etc.
  • By login to MS you confirm that the data available in the system would be used solely for the propose of the Workshop. You confirm that the personal data will not be distributed outside the group of the participants.
  • If you resign as the first author you should disclose the contribution of the workshop co-author at least in the acknowledgement section of your paper.
  • The workshop is neutral on politics and gender.
  • All data disclosed during the workshop by the organizers stays the property of the organizers, the reuse of the data for any means outside the workshop requires a written consent from organizer.
  • All data provided to the Workshop by the users unless restricted are treated as the opened access data licensed under the Common Creative.Attribution 4.0 - This license allows a work to be copied, modified, distributed, presented, and performed only if the author is credited. It is the license that grants the broadest freedom to the licensee.
  • Co-authors rules: at AAW the project are done with team from 2 to 4 authors (external co-authors allowed without the right for WWA participation). One author is a leading (first author). The co-authors should not be from the same institution. Matching criteria:
    • Complementary skills
    • Different continents (regions)
    • Cultural diversity
    • Common interest
    • Diverse stage of the academic career
    • English skills
  • At least one co-author from the AAW 2023 participant’s lists
  • Ultimate decision of invitation to the team lies with the main author (leading, corresponding)
