Completeness and timeliness for week 18

In week 18, A total of 73 districts have been flagged for having completeness below 80%, they include:

Definitions:

  • Completeness: This is the proportion of health facilities in the district that submitted the surveillance report (HMIS 033B) irrespective of the time when the report was submitted. Denominator = All health facilities in the district. Numerator = Health facilities that submitted report.
  • Timeliness (HMIS 033B): Proportion of health facilities in the district that submitted the weekly report on Monday by mid-day.
  • Reporting rate (HMIS 033B): Proportion of health facilities in the district or region that submitted the report during the reporting period. Denominator: Total number of health facilities in the region/district
  • Numerator: Number of facilities that reported during the reporting period.
