I’m hungry and craving a chicken sandwich. Where should I go? I’m comparing Chick-fil-a in Oakley to the Popeyes on Madison Rd.

Chick-Fil_a has always had a strong reputation for customer service. In general their positivity score is very high with terms like clean, delicious, and love appearing in the top ten. Negative reviews center around wrong orders most likely.

Popeyes has a negative score. Some of the most common words were terrible, wrong, cold, and bad. WHich would most likely reflect on the service provided as cold food and wrong orders would make any consumer angry.

The ratings also have it as Chick-Fil-A on average scores 1.5 stars higher than Popeyes. It looks like I will be eating at Chick-Fil-A tonight!
