    2. Comment on anything that will be valuable to an accurate discharge monitoring.

      1. Tree blocking control.

      2. Gage fallen.

  5. Save File

    1. Click File then Save As…

    2. File Gets Saved .

      1. Site Number ( 01171000 )

      2. Date ( 20220604 )

      3. Start Time ( 102900 )

  6. Site Visit Tasks

    1. Click on Button in bottom right of screen SITE VISIT TASKS

    1. Options
      1. GZF Inspection - Gage Height at Zero Flow

      2. Control Inspection - Where you enter weather the control is blocked.

      3. Sensor Inspections - Put your Stage readings in whether it be from a reference point or a real time sensor.

        1. CSG Data will go in here.
      4. Station Levels - Both where levels are entered and all RP and RM values are stored.

      5. Discharge Measurement - Where both flow tracker files is stored and any information corresponding to the sensor.

    2. Tip
      1. To get into any tab just click on yellow box.

Part 2 Data Entry

  1. Control Inspection

    1. Blank

    1. Filled

    1. Options

      1. Control Type ( Section, Channel , Combined chan/sect )

        1. Section

        2. Channel

      2. Distance to gage (ft) - How far away the control is from the sensor.

      3. Control Cleaned - If there is debris blocking the flow of water through the control was it removed?

        1. If Yes specify the Time debris was removed.
      4. Control Condition

        1. If control was clear select Clear.

        2. If control was not specify the type of debris and degree it was blocking the control.

      5. Comments

        1. If control was clear write “Control was Clear”

        2. If control was not clear write what was affecting it.

        3. If control has changed note that too. ( Scour, Fill or Channel Shape has changed.)

  2. Sensor Inspection

    1. Click on Sensor Inspections.

    2. Math Entry

      1. We do this with our initial gage height reading from a RP to make sure the math is correct.

      2. Highlight Line with RP then click Create/View Inspection.

      3. By pressing this, a panel containing a blank sheet to do the mathematic calculation of gage height will open.

      4. What to enter

        1. RP Value with label ( 4.892 (RP-1) )

        2. -/+ depending if it was a Tape Up or Tape Down ( - )

        3. Tape Up or Down Value ( 1.00 )

        4. Value Not Rounded to Hundredth of a foot. ( 3.892 )

        5. Rounded Value ( 3.89 )

      5. Finished Entry

    3. Sensor Heights Entry

      1. Highlight RP Line and Click on Gage Readings

      2. Page with all the sensors that measure gage height corresponding to a gage.

      3. Click on the box below RP Gage height Gage height, reference point ft.

      4. Enter in Initial Gage Height value from RP. 3.88 and click DONE

      5. Next Enter both

        1. Time of Reading

        2. Uncertainty to the left of units. This is how uncertain you are about your measurement. It will increase if the water is bobbing up and down like in a large storm.

          1. For this visit the the water was bobbing slightly so I am +/- 0.02 uncertainty about my measured value of 1.00 foot.

      6. When done click ADD

      7. For Real Time Only If not Skip to Step 8.

        1. If sensor reading was at same time as Initial RP enter on same line. If not enter on new line.

        2. Click on box corresponding to sensor read and enter value read, time but not uncertainty.

        3. When done click add.

      8. Repeat Steps 3-7 until all sensor values are entered.

      9. When all values are entered hit Done.

  3. GHZ Inspection

    1. Blank

    1. Filled
      1. Options

        1. Time - Time GHZF was taken.

        2. Stage (ft) - Stage at time of GHZF measurement

        3. Water Depth (ft) - water depth of GHZF

          1. Uncertainty of the water depth measurement.
        4. GZF (ft) - Auto Fills base off Stage and Water Depth Values

        5. Comment - Tell where in the control the GHZF was taken.
