Gráfico 1 - áreas

Aqui apresento a amostragem de três regiões situadas em lugares diferentes e com seus próprios arranjos de espécies. Através da análise de Coordenadas Principais foi possível aferir as distâncias entre os dados dessas áreas, e com issos podemos concluir que as áreas I (azul) e M (vermelho) estão mais correlacionadas por apresentarem espécies em comum e por estarem parcialmente sobrepostas no gráfico abaixo. Já a área S (verde) demonstra possuir espécies distintas das outras comunidades, não apresentando nenhuma semelhança com as outras duas.

Para nenhuma das áreas foi abservada qualquer diferença significativa nos períodos de chuva e nos períodos mais secos do ano.

Naturalmente, neste caso, existe relação entre as concentrações de sedimento e as áreas, já que através do gráfico é possível observar a relação antagônica entre %Organics e as demais variáveis Interstit Salinity, Shore Height, DepH2 Slayer, Dep Water Tab e Med Part Diam, pois onde existe a primeira em maior quantidade, geralmente há ausência das demais. Sendo assim, as áreas S1 à S4 possuem altas quantidades de % Organics, indicando que também podem ter baixas quantias de Interstit Salinity, Shore Height, DepH2 Slayer, Dep Water Tab e Med Part Diam. Por outro lado, as áreas S13 à S19 possuem altas concentrações da maioria das variáveis, mas baixas de % Organics. Outro ponto é que não existe relação entre os parâmetros de sedimento e da nematofauna, portanto, não são interdependentes.
