1) Os peixes utilizam o estuário para alimentação, moradia, reprodução, crescimento. Para conhecer a comunidade de peixes de um estuário tropical foram amostradas três regiões do estuário: superior, médio e inferior e em dois períodos: seco e chuvoso. Descreva a comunidade de peixes utilizando técnicas multivariadas (peixeestuario.txt).

A comunidade de são diferentes nas três regiões. A região superior é a mais diferente em relação as outras, enquanto a média e inferior compartilham de algumas espécies. No entanto, não houve diferença entre o periodo chuvoso e o périodo seco.

As espécies não são interdependentes do tipo de sedimento, desta forma as espécies de nematoda são mais influenciadas por outros parâmetros. Devido a lacuna de informação a respeito da localiação de cada área amostral em relação ao mapa do estuário, influência das correntes e das marés sobre o ecossistema prejudica na precisão da análise e interpretação.
