Introduction

Thank you for taking the Wharton People Analytics survey, for which you requested a copy of your results. This report summarizes your results based on a preliminary analysis of the data.

In addition to this report, we intend to do a comprehensive analysis and publish our findings. We will follow up with you with our published findings for an in-depth analysis of the state of people analytics at companies today.

Five Maturity Factors

The following maturity factors reflect participants’ self-reported perceptions of:

Your Composite Maturity Score

This report uses a density plot to show the distribution of composite scores. A density plot visualizes the shape of a distribution, the range of values, and the presence of any peaks or clusters. Peaks or clusters represent that a concentration of participants earned that score.

The vertical line represents your standing compared to other survey participants’ composite score. To the left of your vertical line are participants with a lower composite score and to the right are participants with a higher composite score.

Your Five Maturity Factors Scores

This report uses a continuum to visualize your performance on each of the Five Maturity Factors. You will be shown your percentile and whether that percentile is considered “below average”, “average”, or “above average”.
