Which food do I eat in a week? Data Acquisition Type of TV show I watch per day I mostly watch movies from Netflix and it has different categories. I have been keeping data for one week about the movies I watch. Netflix uses category codes and as a user I understand the advantages of using them to identify movies that are of interest to me. Netflix categories use IDs, as title suggests. These IDs can then be used to filter your results on the Netflix website. To access a category page, a user must manually enter the code or use the links to the movie. It’s also crucial to keep in mind that users can only accomplish this using a web browser, but they can still add items to their queue from there. Moreover, A user can find assigned categories for specific titles. A list of the genres associated with the title is visible if a user opens the title card and click on details. They are all clickable and lead directly to the genres page. Users can also browse on the actors and directors to view their additional works. By selecting “Start Task Manager” from the context menu of the computer clock, one may access the Task Manager. The window’s System section will display a list of values when you select the “Performance” tab. A user finds the number of days, hours, minutes, and seconds the laptop has indeed been operating by looking at the “Up Time” figure, the value keep changing as they are viewed. Hours I spend driving I estimated the time I spend on my cars as I drive to work and to other errands depending on the distance and the speed. U maintain a speed of 80 Km/hr. and therefore I used to google maps to get the distance between the points o go on my daily errands and calculated the time spent. What is my blood pressure in different hours of the day?
I measured my blood pressure at home by following strict procedure raid down by the device manufacture. I observed the manual included with the display. It’s important to wrap the cuff over your arm the right way. I adjusted the cuff so that it sits slightly over my elbow. To ensure the cuff can detect the artery in my arm just beneath the skin, it should be placed approximately 2 cm above the elbow. I avoided making any noise or move about while you’re taking my test. Reading may be disrupted by activities such as walking, eating, chatting, and laughing. Avoid raising your blood pressure even more by crossing your legs. I separated my readings by roughly two minutes and take two or three total. If one reading is much higher than the others, I disregard the first one and take another. An average may be calculated after a few measurements have been taken. I wrote my start records. All readings were recorded on excel file. Food I eat. I used a notebook and my mobile phone to track the food I ate and how often I ate them. The data was then transferred to excel file. The data I recorded included food I eat when I eat, how much I eat, and how I feel at the time. Storage The data was recorded and stored in excel file for ease of manipulation.
