CROSS-SECTIONAL SAMPLE

Exclusion criteria

ELETTRA: score < 85 on the WASI II (Wechsler 1999), and a T-score of ≤ 30 on the California Verbal Learning Test II—Alternative Version (CVLT II) (Delis et al. 2000) immediate delay and long delay

LIISA: IQ < 85, Beck’s Depression Inventory > 20, Geriatric Depression Scale > 20, or Mini-Mental State Examination < 26

IDs excluded: MMS = 1100639, 1100504 Note: none of the excluded participants have cognitive “deficits” reflected in measures other than their MMS scores. They have normal full IQ score, normal T-score on the CVLT.

Should they be excluded?

Depression, BDI & GDS = 0

subject_id 110575 has normal IQ score, normal CVLT score, and normal MMS score before and after the MMS score that reached threshold for exclusion - will not be excluded

Head movement and Age - linear model

MRIQC CJV, structural

“Coefficient of joint variation (CJV): The cjv of GM and WM was proposed as objective function by [Ganzetti2016] for the optimization of INU correction algorithms. Higher values are related to the presence of heavy head motion and large INU artifacts. Lower values are better.” https://mriqc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/iqms/t1w.html#iqms-t1w
