Net Promoter Score is a customer experience metric that measures loyalty and is predictive of growth. Respondents give a rating between 0 (not at all likely) and 10 (extremely likely) and, depending on their response, customers fall into one of 3 categories to establish an NPS score:
Promoters respond with a score of 9 or 10 and are typically loyal and enthusiastic participants.
Passives respond with a score of 7 or 8. They are satisfied with your service but not happy enough to be considered promoters.
Detractors respond with a score of 0 to 6. These are unhappy customers who are unlikely to participate again, and may even discourage others from joining the initiative.

The process needs greater structure, more time, greater diversity of thought, and a focus on how to achieve ambitious change in light of identifiable power imbalances and political realities."

I feel like a resource like a dashboard where all materials and information could be stored would be very valuable. There were so many different messages, coming from different people, that at times it felt a bit chaotic and hard to follow. Exactly what we were supposed to be achieving and by when got a little bit confusing at times. There were also times where the conversation felt heavy on western/elite/white leadership. This is a tremendously challenging obstacle to overcome, and I know the organizers care a lot about it. So many organizations are working on how to be more inclusive and representative globally. And also, a lot of that responsibility falls on the co-leads to develop their participant lists. But especially when it comes to seeking support and fundraising, those conversations felt like they could be alienating if you're not in some \"in crowd\"."1.3 I feel the time I put in to the overall 17 Rooms process was worth it (1: Strongly Disagree; 5: Strongly Agree)
