My Question:
Do private-non profit schools with a lower acceptance rate pay their faculty better on average?
From this scatter plot, it looks like there is some sort of negative
correlation where more selective private non-profit universities with a
lower Acceptance Rate (below 25% acceptance) pay their faculty better on
average. For schools above a 25% Acceptance Rate (signified by 0.25 on
the x axis) there is not a significant correlation between acceptance
rate and Average Faculty Salary.
