Note that I added a Jitter to disperse the points of the replicates.

An exact value for 10 replicates for three chains ( 20,000, 200,000 and 400, 000) is displayed in the following Table

Summary: It looked that as the number of chain increases, there is a slight increase in memory. However this conclusion is based on 1k SNP.The next natural question is, if the SNP is increased by 10 times, will the memory requirment be increased by 10 times or more? To answer this question, it might be necessary to replicate this simulation with 10K or more SNP markers to have a firm conclusion.
